SATISFACTION GUARANTEE All merchandise in this Catalog is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, simply return the item in new, resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase (the invoice date) for 100% credit. Use this credit toward any other Future World Catalog merchandise for a full six-months from the date of order. (Shipping and handling costs are, of course, nonrefundable.) To return an item, simply call Future World at (972) 399-8400 during telephone hours to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and write it on the outside of your returning parcel. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returned to us in damaged or unsalable condition, or without a valid RMA number. So, please package returned merchandise carefully. We take great care in wrapping and protecting merchandise we ship to you. However, in the unlikely event that it should arrive in damaged condition, you are, again, completely protected. Please indicate that you wish to return a damaged item when you call for an RMA. When the item reaches us, we will immediately replace it with a new duplicate item, free. |
