From the Back Cover
Yoga helps provide balance, mental and physical. Yoga philosophy, which is part of Ayurveda, says that every person is unique and that is why we all respond differently to the same situation and crave certain foods. Cravings are real and explain that there is a certain imbalance in the system. When you are in perfect balance you will have no need for cravings. You can eat all your fabourite foods and not gain weight.

out of 5 stars Perfect for a busy person!, 29 January, 2002
A viewer from Dublin, Ireland

The video is split into two parts, an energising workout for morning and a relaxing one for evening, each about 30 minutes long. If you're looking for yoga you can do in a hurry, this is perfect.

out of 5 stars Great de-stresser but quite short, 13 November, 2001
A viewer from Gloucester, England

This was my first introduction to Yoga. I found that you really needed to learn the positions well before attempting them as some were not condusive to following on the TV as your head would be on the floor! I found both sets of excercises too short for my needs - but this is the perfect video/DVD for someone who has a stressful job and too little time!

out of 5 stars Positive experience, 5 October, 2001
A viewer from Leeds, UK

The best Yoga video I have experienced. The video is split into sections that can be done in isolation to address specific needs. I found the Inner Calm useful for helping me deal with stress at work.

The excercises are suitable for beginners and leave you feeling positive and refreshed (rather than defeated by the difficulty as with many other videos).

out of 5 stars A very adaptable video, 17 July, 2001
A viewer from Nottinghamshire

I found this video to be very adaptable. It is broken up into various sections which you can put together to form a long session, or just do as many as you have time for. Each session ends properly and gives to time to relax and get ready for the next one or just end your workout.

I found the sessions at the end of the video, "Positive thinking" and "inner calm" to be very benificial and quite rejuvenating. The other sessions concentrate on various aspects of the body such as "tummy tightener" and "strength builder" and include great classic postures.

Well worth the money whether you are looking for a video to help you diet and tone, or just want to do a good yoga routine.

out of 5 stars Great for beginners, good workout., 10 March, 2001
A viewer from Skiathos,Greece

I've been trying to replace this tape for years! Although it feels slow going I found it to be an excellent workout. It is very clear & easy to watch whilst doing the routine, which is where a lot of these tapes go wrong.I have bought others & they all remain on the shelf!!! If you want a simple, easy to follow workout this is for you!

out of 5 stars Too easy, 27 October, 2000
A viewer from England

I found this video too easy as well as very boring. A lot of the time I felt the timing was very poor.
