Excellent for anyone starting to exercise (again)
This is an excellent video for all of us who start a diet/exercise regime and then get bored before we really see the results. It is easy to use, giving 2 week blocks of exercises that get progressively more challenging. This gives a sense of your increasing fitness and spurs you on to get to the next stage.

The instructions are clear and the exercisers(?) in the background include a man in the line-up which I think is very commendable.

It looks a little dated and has a much younger Anthea Turner as one of the participants but even this doesn't detract from how good the exercises are and how good I feel after doing the plan for several months now.
