THIS BOOK KNOWS!
Having endured agoraphobia for over eight years, a
friend sent me a copy of Self help for your nerves , by Dr Claire
Weekes,Wham ,it read as if i personally had written it,so accurate and
concise were the feelings this surely had to be written by someone who
had a great knowledge of what is life or, rather near death feelings,
like this is it!!I have been cured now over seven years but still
refer on the odd occasions to my "bible",it is like being
let out of prison literally! I have passed grade three on the organ,
worked for seven years on the computers at tesco distribution ,passed
ballroom dancing cups, and am now 54! years young, you will as
well.anyone wishing to contact me ,please do so on coralies@lineone.net

A very unimposing book which has become my bible !
I was recommended this book by a family relative
following a severe panic and anxiety attack. I felt that every twinge
was the prelude to a heart attack and that I was going out of my mind.
Claire Weekes' book was such a welcome relief. The way she describes
every detail of what the body is expiriencing and the many ways of
dealing with it have become my rock and my salvation. She does not
treat you like an imbicile and the comfort derived from reading it
showed me that there was definately light at the end of the tunnel. If
you are a sufferer of Panic Attacks and Anxiety, buy this book, you
will be amazed at how simple it is to walk the road to recovery. As
Dr. Weekes says, "Jelly legs will get you there"

I think it is excellent being a panic suffrer myself
I have read lots of books that are very similar but not
exact about the symtoms I was feeling. Any one who is a panic sufferer
should read this immediately!!!

This book saved me
Without this book I don't know how I would have coped.
I was going through a very stressful time in my life and this book
became my bible. If you follow the advice you will recover , gradually
and slowly , but it will be all the more satifying than taking any
tablets or going to see any other doctor, because you will have done
it yourself. I must repeat though that it is not an instant cure but
gradual, as Claire Weekes herself states in the book.
