Consumption of sugars and refined carbohydrates, a major part of many people's diets, can increase Chromium loss up to 300%.

 Will any supplement do?

NO! They are not the same as niacin bound Chromium. Chromium supplements vary widely in biopotency - up to a 50 fold difference.
